Work for me is more something like a mission than something for earning money. When I work professionally I like to do it 100 %.

If you are an entrepreneur or visionary and you want to develope an idea into a business model, you need a committed team member or partner like me.

I'm used to and like to work wearing a lot of hats and to be responsible for my tasks or teams. This is one way I'm searching for a new challenge as soon as possible in 2005.

A combination of Marketing, Management and Communications crossed with media and/or Consumer Goods would be interesting. I'm flexible and like taking on broad-based challenges. In addition to strategy and administrative tasks in Marketing and Sales I can imagine myself also in consulting or training.

It is important for me to have confidence in the products convinced the products or ideas I represent. Thats all I need for motivation.

I gathered lots of experience in my last jobs. As a COO in my last position with Gourmondo.de I was responsible for Revenue and a little team of 4 employees, and did business development and strategy.

I like working creatively and competitively on challenging profit targets. Collaborating with managers, programmers, trainees, customers, merchants and investors is familiar to me. I am used to making decisions and acting on my own initiative. I never stop being curious. As a well-trained and experienced manager I can help your team grow. I have Generalist knowledge of PR, HR, and Administration, which is helpful for starting a business. I work unconventionally so overtime and nightshifts are not a problem if work is fun.

I will need a work permit for working in the United States. It's important that the job requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing. When the company sponsor me I can get an H1B visa in Oct. 05.
